EXPLANATION SOFT CLOSE: if an item receives a bid within the last minute, then the close time will be extended 3 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for 3 minutes with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until 3 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. 

Preview will be this Sunday August 23rd from 11 am-3pm.
Pickup will be Saturday August 29th from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
