Owner has lost the lease on building and has decided to sell the
operating laundromat equipment.
Business has been shut down in the last few weeks, so the equipment is ready to go.
Preview will be by appointment only.

Pickup will be Saturday September 4th and 6th from 8am-4pm.

EXPLANATION SOFT CLOSE: If an item receives a bid within the last minute, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
